How to request to be on an organization’s team

GOOD TO KNOW: A team member must create their own account and profile on the Key Conservation platform to request to be on an organization’s team.

Step 1: Go to app.keyconservation.org or the Key Conservation mobile app

Step 2: Enter your personal email address and password

Note: A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered.

Step 3: Select the “For Myself” button and follow the rest of the profile set-up prompts.

Once you are done creating your profile, you can request to be on your organization’s team.

Step 4: Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 5: Select “My Teams” followed by “Add Team”.

Step 6: From there, search for your organization’s name and click Request. 

The organization will then get a notification that you have requested to be a member of their team and will be asked to approve you. When they approve you to be a part of the organization you will get a notification and your position will show up under your name on your profile.
