How to sort applicants for Skills Campaign requests
Did you know that you can view and sort applications that come through for skilled impact campaign requests all in one spot? It's easy just follow the directions below:
Step 1: On the left side of the live feed, you will see a rocket icon and the word IMPACT, click it to open your organization's Impact Tab.
Step 2: Find the campaign you want under your Open Campaigns section and click the arrow.
Step 3: This will open your campaign. Scroll down until you see the Skilled Impact section and click the MANAGE button.
Step 4: This will open the Manage Skill Request section where you can see all of the Applicants that have applied for your campaign. To view a supporter's application, click the arrow next to their name.
Step 5: This will open up the application of the individual where you can view the answers to your questions to see if they are a good fit.
GOOD TO KNOW: If you have a question for them you can message them directly within their application in the Message section.
Step 6: Once you look over an application you can either select them for the position or you can sort their application into categories to review later. To do this click the UNSORTED button and a popup menu will come up.
Step 7: Here you can sort the applicant into 3 categories
- Decline: You don't think they are a good fit
- Maybe: You think they might be a good fit
- Good Fit: You think they are an ideal candidate
You can also leave the applicant as Unsorted if you don't want to sort them right away.
GOOD TO KNOW: Applicants will not see the categories they have been sorted into. This feature is to make it easy for your team to review, sort, and identify the best match for your request.
Step 8: When you are ready to select someone they will get an alert saying that they have been selected and will be given 48 hours to agree. If they don't you will be notified that they have not accepted so you can choose a new candidate.
